This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. There is a reference to  "The Wild Knight" in "Silhouette", the story with
icefoam set in a decaying spaceship.   The character is reading an e-book
sort of thing.

I doubt one reader in a thousand has read the poem or knows who it is by.

Just be thankful Wolfe didn't go the whole hog and start on Belloc, eh?
