This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Hey Roy, that was the big thing I was asking before:
Three years have passed for the narrator, but only two have passed for the=20
people on Blue ( I think).  If we want to, we can see this as a true=20
distortion of time: Horn is dying about a year after he leaves home on Gree=
n,=20
then he is sent back a year in the past into Silk's body, so that he is in =
two=20
places at once - in other words, Silk was already in trouble, and maybe=20
already Horn, when Horn asked Mucor to find him, possibly making her=20
appearance in Return to the Whorl at the Same time that she looked for Silk=
 in=20
On Blue's Waters, and giving us ample evidence of time travel.
The big huge gaping problem with this theory is: how long has it been for=20
Sinew? probably three years, right?  If we can find that it has only been t=
wo=20
for Sinew, this is a pretty neat distortion.  Otherwise, I can't even begin=
 to=20
explain it, but I've commented on it before.  It really blew my mind.  Two=20
years?  Three years?  And everybody kept saying three years. You see what I=
'm=20
talking about?
