New Wolfe non-fiction pieces

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Wolfe has a short (1 page) commentary in the 2002 Nebula Awards Showcase
(edited by KS Robinson). It's basically his response and updating of Knigh=
t's
famous remark that we have had the future of the golden age SF writers. =20

He also apparently has written an appreciation of Lafferty in the current (=
May)
issue of Locus, which I haven't seen a copy of yet, and which is not on the=
 Web
like "Joe and Me." (Neil Gaiman and Terry Bisson also have written
appreciations.)
