This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

You're right. But Wolfe may be spinning things a bit differently, as he=20
clearly is by granting "Cain" redemption. Another note that might be worth=20
looking for. God warns Cain that sin is crouching at the door, and he must=20
overcome it. Sin is a beast, and this takes up from the serpent in Genesis=20
3 -- the Garden of Eden on the east side of Eden is the door into Eden.=20
What might this have to do with Cuttthroat's relationships with talking=20
animals, and his fighting the beast within himself?
