This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Which was in fact my point ... This is just a goof, really, but=20
it's a stfnal idea that I've played with many time and never=20
come up with a good storyline for ... I've often had the idea=20
of, well, if you can have multiple-sheaf futures, why not multiple-
sheaf pasts? And then what if Alden, the Reasonably Friendly Ghost,=20
actually has lived multiple versions of his life and died at=20
several different points along the timeline ... ? It would=20
certainly clear up (by making irrelevant) many of the=20
inconsistencies in the storyline(s). So he died of a stroke, and
he died playing with his chemistry set, and he died in the=20
coldhouse prank ... Just a goof, as I said.

But I'm dead serious about the coldhouse =3D=3D the barn.
