This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. That's funny, because I initially wrote it as RAMPO two or three times and
then corrected it to the Ranpo that Crush gave!

The humor goes further, in that (iirc) the syllabic character itself
is/says "N," except in the case where it is followed by "B-" or "P-" (so
Rampo, Rambo, Tombo, Tompopo).  Slippery little character! <g>
