This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Im still trying to figure out the history and events that resulted in Sever=
ian becoming the New Sun. I have a few questions:

1) What is the New Sun
2) What are his talents/abilities
3) Is there any specific prophecy
4) What is the Claw?
5) What is the New Sun supposed to do?
6) How does Severian do it?
7) What is the mystery of the guild?
8) How can Severian use the Claw in the books before Urth of New Sun
9) Any info on the Pancreator?

any information on this would be welcomed.

And i have read the series approximately 11 times. I'm still slightly confu=
sed about the New Sun....
