Wolfe at conventions

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. All this talk of proposed Wolfe symposiums or whatnot has me wondering:
where can one hope to run into Wolfe around the Chicago area?  I mean,
he lives around here, doesn't he?  I've never been to a 'con before.  Is
it worth attending some in the Chicago area in the hopes of running into
Mr. Wolfe?
