This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

I was thumbing through the glossary of my copy of Apollonius'=20
Argonautica when I stumbled across the entry for Typhon and realized=20
that he is the father of the unsleeping serpent that guards the Golden=20
Fleece.  So I spent the next hour or so googling around randomly and=20
came across these two sites.   The first is interesting because it=20
places the Golden Fleece as a solar representation.  I don't expect=20
anyone to buy this but the Kholkian Drakon (do inhumi sleep?), the=20
offspring of Typhon is the guardian of the Golden Fleece (which I read=20
somewhere could also be a golden apple)/Sun.  What I mean is Quetzal,=20
the offspring of Typhon (or a clone thereof), is the guardian (via the=20
Chapter) of Silk (the Long Sun).  I know, I know, you don't buy it. =20
Still it's in the record now.  The other thing this site does is tie=20
the story of the Golden Fleece through alchemy to Tantric Yoga. =20
Remember the Tamarind tree in LS?

This second site is incredible.  I could spend days wandering through=20
it but I'm focusing on the Kholkian Drakon.  It has two possible=20
paternities for it.  The first is the most intriguing considering how=20
Inhumi reproduce.  It is the offspring of the BLOOD (emphasis mine) of=20
Typhon and Gaia.  The other paternity is Typhon and Ekhidna.  I'll let=20
others' speculation run on this.  Still, whatever you think of my=20
ideas, check out this site.  It's really great.

I don't think the Golden Fleece/India connection is too farfetched=20
either.  Apparently Colchis was  heavily influenced by Indian=20
civilization, though I must confess I haven't done much poking around=20
in that area.
