genderlessness

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Ah, but is Dorcas so standard? The sick, secret joy of incest? Of having
become the lover to a child who may be your ancestor? Of having become the
father (by way of ressurection) to your lover who is your ancestor? I think
that there are gender complexities (the hierogrammates) and others, but they
are cleverly disguised as common genre conventions. But, I may be wrong
too.

No, I haven't read the the book you mentioned. I'll keep my eyes open,
however.
