5HC : Skinner, Turing and yet more Laplace

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. H'mmmm. I rather liked the "Minority Report" film, actually ...
I learned long ago that a film isn't a book, and judged by
the standards of film, that was a pretty good one. Not up to
"Blade Runner," but good.

Of course, in a perfectly Phildickian manner, the best film
based on a Phil Dick book is based on one that he never
actually wrote, by which I mean, "Being John Malkovich"
