OT: Death and Destruction

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

That's the one, but more so at the concept that "us vs them" thinking can be 
tagged to a particular category of the human race or to a philosophic 
category. "Us vs Them" thinking is endemic to positively holding a point of 
view. I have the same reaction to this as the claim that there is something 
"dangerous" about "people who believe they are right" (which would suggest 
that there is something dangerous about people who seriously believe that 
there is something dangerous about people who believe they are right).
