This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Well, if you kept on reading, you'll have found that we agreed that there i=
s no evidence of this, that the above memory was faulty. Of course, there i=
s no firm evidence that it's not true, either, and Hy does seem surprising =
in a number of ways--so we can't say for sure.

I'm sorry to have to say this, but since you seem to be female, a proper Vi=
ronese name for you would have to be vegetable rather than animal.
