This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

A) The Outsider?  As Steve (Redhaven1) has already said, that seems a bit
unlikely
B) Silk?  I seriously doubt it.  Silk is always described as a thin,
handsome young man.  That giant guy doesn't look thin or handsome.
C) Passilk?  Probably not, because Silk doesn't look like the giant, and the
giant only has one head
D) Gene Wolfe?  Coincidence, nothing more, I'm willing to bet
E) Mixture of the above?  Seriously doubt it, once again

As James Jordan said, all the covers show things that happen in the book.
So I say we just wait and see (and hope Gene Wolfe doesn't decide to make a
cameo in his latest book ;o)
