RTTW Questions (Spoilers--No Spoiler Space)

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

For the most part, I agree with David DiGiacomo's=20
answers.  For the question above, though, I'd suggest=20
that it's another example of Horn's and Silk's mem-
ories mixing.  "It" is the azoth, if I recall correctly (I=20
don't have the book here to check); he says "Nettle"=20
but means, I think, Hyacinth.  Note, if you will, that=20
this error is the opposite of the ones he was making=20
at the beginning of OBW; at that time, Hyacinth's=20
name often appeared when he meant Nettle, but by=20
this point, the substitutions have entirely reversed=20
themselves.
