This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Babbie has more than two eyes, that's plain. It is consistent with=20
the "doubling" of other parts of Bluvian creatures (thanks Blattid)=20
that Babbie has four eyes. A man wearing glasses also has "four eyes."

I am sure this has occurred to all of you but you thought, "This=20
can't be what Wolfe really intends here!" Well, I think it is what he=20
intends. Anyone who can put a scene where Puss-in-Boots kills Mickey=20
Mouse* into _The Fifth Head of Cerberus_ (even if it is a=20
hallucination) is capable of anything.

*Yes, I will provide a reference for this scene, if anyone asks me to.

PS. Hmmmm... Babbie has four (or possibly more) eyes of different=20
sizes, eight limbs and is covered with bristles. Is Blue the planet=20
of the giant arachnids?
