This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for.          There've been a couple of suggestions.
         1. Wiping out the inhumi would be so cruel that people would not=20
be able to bring themselves to do it. Or, it would require so much work=20
that humans would not be able to do it.
         2. Human beings are too wicked to treat the inhumi rightly, saving=20
and transforming them by offering our blood. Along these lines, I think=20
Adam's fine post "Dangling Thought Threads" makes some good points, and I'm=20
coming around to his point of view on Horn and Silk.
         3. One can view this as both true, as horns of a dilemma, and as=20
an explanation of why the Neighbors departed.
