About the secret of the inhumi, again (RTTW spoilers)

This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Since my first response, one potentiality has occurred to me. Assuming that
there are not enough humans on Green to maintain the population of
intelligent inhumi, the Secret implies that to have intelligent offspring,
most female inhumi must first go to Blue, and then return to Green to spawn.
So if it were somehow possible to prevent inhumi returning to Green, the
population of intelligent inhumi would be set on a declining course. But I
don't see how this would be possible, any more than stopping the inhumi from
coming to Blue.
