This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

You sly dog! Well, I was very taken with the notion that Severian brings=20
Silk back. I'll look forward to how you set out the whole matter. Until=20
then, I continue to think that the narrator's consciousness is Horn, though=20
since he is in the biological body of Silk, with Silk's physical brain,=20
etc., he cannot escape acting more Silkishly than he did when he was Horn=20
in Horn's body. That is, until the encounter with Sev.
