This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

I'm going to have to disagree with the learned Alga.

Doesn't Horn say the The Secret was one that could destroy the Inhumi?
Pretty sure he does, though I can't find the reference:(

Obviously, burying the suckers alive doesn't destroy them.

Isn't it more likely that Horn simply used the ignorant and ineffective=20
cultural capital punishment of his Kingdom
to his advantage when he felt his "adopted" country threatened? This serves=20
two purposes: provides a distraction while he escapes and turns the tide of=20
the battle.

Isn't it more likely that this "buried alive and the captor bargaining for =

oath of loyalty" perfectly mirrors
Horn's horrible experience in the pit with Krait? It worked then. He just=20
reversed the predicament.

I suspect that, after OBW, we don't yet have enough evidence to deduct the=20
Secret.
