On a seperate matter, has anybody encountered M. John
Harrison's 'Viriconium' books, which have recently been
republished on the masterworks list in the UK? They contain
certain similarities to the New Sun Books, although they
are far bleaker, and might be of interest to some of you
dudes.
For that matter, just read anything by M John Harrison. He's one of the best, and the least recognised, writers in Britain.
Cat lovers might want to start with the Wild Road series, written with his ex under the joint nom-de-plume Gabriel King. :-)
