New Wolfe stories

The latest Wolfe stories are the novella "Viewpoint" (in REDSHIFT, ed. Al Sarrantonio) and "The Waif", a short story in the January FSF. "Viewpoint" is an interestingly constructed but rather dismayingly right-wing tale of resistance by a backwoodsman to the US government in the context of a near-future reality-TV escapade; I'll comment on "The Waif" when I've read it... --Nick Gevers.
