Mr. Wolfe's agent

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to translate and publish some of Wolfe books in Japan. Currently only T5HOC is available in Japanese. The first 4 books of TBOTNS were published here about 20 years ago, but they have been out of print for more than 10 years.
