Easton Press - Citadel of Autarch Question

I am trying to track down an Easton Press edition of Citadel of the Autarch. I have Eastern Press editions of the first three volumes of BOTNS, but I can't determine if the fourth was ever published. Does anyone know if this exists? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rob
