Talking about Old Nick, Bax Buttler :
"He set out cups and saucers, and cream and sugar, while the water was heating."
Cups and Saucers, and Cream and Sugar.
Cups and Staffs, and Coins and Swords. Set out on a table in front of the magician on the first trump of the Tarot.
Can it be just a coincidence ?
