Well, I kinda like Sir Alec as Mal. Let's toss Gurloes to Anthony Quinn; he's unsavory enough. Max von Sydow as Master Ash. Wolfe insists on giving him a long black beard, but I must respectfully disagree.
Jeremy Irons is too weedy for Sev, he'd look ridiculous in that costume. He could be Vodalus, though. Dan'l D-L has the figgah for it.
