This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

He seems to be in the Chrasmological Writings, but I haven't heard of any 
incidences of them mentioning him apart from this.  But we don't get all 
that much face time with them anyway, or reasons why the Outsider might be 
discussed.

As I noted in another post, Kypris is being hunted by Echidna and the gang. 
It may be that the Outsider's association with the broken and the disparaged 
resonates with her at this time.
