This is the message as the crawl holds it, before anything here touched it. What the conversation shows has been through ingest: transfer encodings decoded, attachments dropped, quote markers repaired, and the archiver’s ? resolved into quotation marks and dashes. Those repairs are judgements and some of them are wrong, which is what this page is for. Email addresses are obscured here as they are everywhere else on the site, so it is before our repairs rather than byte for byte.

Well! You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I disagree with it.

But it is obvious that you are offended, and I don't mind apologizing
to you.

I'm sorry, William.

If you can give a better explanation as to how I insulted the list as=20
a corporate whole, one that convinces me, I will be perfectly happy
to issue a blanket apology. But really, I feel it is more meaningful
if the people who feel insulted - like Andy and yourself - tell me
about it in front of the list, and give me an opportunity to apologize
to each one of you individually, also in front of the list.
