"Hari Mau"

Hi, all! I'm rejoining the list briefly to point out that the name Hari Mau in the Short Sun books may come from "harimau", the Malay word for "tiger". Maybe interesting that it's an animal name, like male names in Viron, and that the tiger was so important to Borges. Jerry Friedman
